Rachel met with one of my younger family members when she was experiencing buyer's remorse after purchasing her first home. Rachel's used her extensive property knowledge and her first hand experience to lay out a number of available options.
Rachel is very warm, compassionate, frank, direct, honest, empathetic and a great listener.
I have seen Rachel speak at a number of public events. Rachel is a very inspiring, knowledgeable, entertaining, witty and engaging speaker. - Ann Stafford·
I met Rachel through my accommodation service and we have since become friends. I contacted her as I needed counsel as my life had become very stagnant and I was feeling less than my own life director. Rachel’s clear thinking and support was (and remains so) so helpful at that time.
I highly recommend her for any woman seeking an indépendant mentor. - Debbie Smith·

I met Rachel through the Property Women Group, a great bunch of women who have similar interests in using property investing as a means towards gaining financial independence and freedom. Rachel was my personal coach and taught me how to set both personal goals and property goals - how to look outside the square for opportunities. Rachel is an inspirational and fun coach and speaker and makes the impossible seem possible, and encourages you to grow and test your limits - and always has time for a joke and a cup of coffee !! Highly recommended !!!

Rachel is the most experienced property investor I know and is an excellent coach and sounding board for evaluating options and making property decisions. She has helped me to establish a long term lifestyle vision and to map out the path to get there.... and now 19 years later I am starting to enjoy the fruits of that plan. It actually works if you stay focused and take bold steps in good faith. Thank you Rachel for being there for me, challenging my thinking and encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone. Strongly recommend Rachel as a coach and mentor

Rachel was my coach for a period of time and guided me through property strategies and changing mindset. Through her guidance, knowledge and wisdom I have learnt how to set goals, change my negative thinking to a positive and how to become a better version of myself. I would highly recommend Rachel as a coach or speaker for changing mindset, overcoming fears and definitely property related strategies.

In more than 30 years of journalism and 15 as a property investment writer, I haven't met many people like Rachel Barnes. It was easy to figure out after interviewing her for the first of many features that she was smart, learned and highly successful with a portfolio of more than 70 properties at one time but there was more to her than that. This is a woman who knows how to make the most of herself and succeed in several fields but also takes the time every day for that cup of coffee with friends - often from a different location each day and a photo to remind her of the great work of the barista. She does this because it's the sense of adventure as much as the great coffee that drives her. She told me once for a quote that "what's the point of making money on property if you can't spoil yourself with a new pair of shoes occasionally?" I suspect it's that way in business and her personal life but, unlike many, she can achieve her adventures and live to the fullest while remaining perfectly grounded. Rachel is one of the most interesting people I've ever interviewed and I've learned a few things from her.
